ممتاز لزيادة الوزن. الي نحيف ويبي يزود وزنة ياخذة كل يوم سكوب واحد فقط مع ماء ابو نص ريال. خلص الكيس بعد شهر زدت 2 كيلو بدون تمرين وشريت مرة ثانيةاول اسبوع بيغثك بعدين راح تتعود عليه.
