The cameracame with fw2.10 which immediately was updated to 2.20 and thats what Im reviewing. Video footage is good, at least in good daylight. Ive turned off front screen, wifi and stuff to achieve better runtime, but havent done any max duration test. For the black friday price it was a bargain and compared to other brands I love GoPro have omitted registration, activation, and requesting any app, they are all optional so you can start shooting and then use eg Premiere and your PC for editing.And note low light conditions are not so good which you’ll note especially shooting in higher frame rates like 60fps or more!Very quickly delivered!

Bought it for snorkeling in Cancun, however didnt use that much. For vlogger/ youtuber, i think it maybe the good option for making videos but for regular activities, preferred using my phone. Also, the battery of the Gopro is pretty weak, videotaping for 20 mins, battery ran out. Although, the Gopro camera pretty cute and small

Bought this for my son & daughter in law for their honeymoon in Hawaii & they used it the entire trip. The videos are great.

So,… it’s probably a neat little camera, but it did not come with a case. Seriously? Also, you have to open a door to recharge it. I guess that is part of what makes it “waterproof”? Just seems like a pain, especially since I got the silicon protective cover… that, since you have to open the door to recharge (or remove sd card), isn’t real practical. Couldn’t they put in a separate door just for the usb connection?

I like that it has wifi sync, I like that the battery is removable, I like the front facing view finder, I like the Bluetooth remote option. I dislike that crappy GoPro cloud service. It lacks integration with Google photos, and auto upload doesn’t work. But that’s not a camera issue, that’s a GoPro needs to do better problem. This camera is still worth the buy.
