Bad experience. This motherboard have a bad bios interface and gigabyte control center and fusion bad apps and hard to use and the motherboard Lan port was broken and I couldn’t connect to internet . My advice is to pick a motherboard from a different brand like Asus or msi these brands are more trusted and has a better quality.

This motherboard is well designed, it’s running a I7-14700k with ddr5 48gb 7600mhz, and a rx 7900xtx. Everything is running perfectly. Gigabyte has redesigned the bios, and it is very nice to use.

I recently purchased a motherboard directly from the Gigabyte store, expecting a brand-new product, but what I received was deeply disappointing. Firstly, it was evident that the motherboard was used. The box arrived unsealed, raising immediate concerns about its integrity. Upon opening, I found the plastic wrap around the motherboard torn open, a clear sign of previous handling.The issues didn’t end there. The motherboard had multiple broken CPU pins, a critical component, rendering it practically unusable. The CPU port cover was missing, and to my dismay, there was thermal paste smeared all over it. This is unacceptable for a product sold as new.After going through the hassle of returning the used board and receiving a replacement, I encountered another significant issue. There’s a design flaw with this motherboard model that I hadn’t anticipated. The thermal guard backplate for the extra three m.2 slots interferes with the proper seating of the GPU in the first PCIe slot. This flaw is not just an isolated incident; other users have reported similar experiences, with some assuming their GPUs were malfunctioning. It appears this design oversight is a common problem affecting many customers.Overall, my experience with this Gigabyte motherboard has been frustrating. Receiving a used and damaged product, followed by discovering a design flaw that affects GPU installation, has left me disappointed. I had higher expectations from a reputable brand like Gigabyte. I hope they address these issues promptly for future customers.

I really tried giving Gigabyte the benefit of the doubt, thinking I was just getting unlucky receiving bad motherboards. This is…. Was my 3rd Gigabyte motherboard over the years. BIOS initialization was terrible. Q flash light would not come on. Thinking the light just might not be working left it alone for 45 minutes to see if flashing the BIOS would work anyway. Watched multiple persons do this, worked fine for them. Made sure it was a 2.0 flash drive under 32GB and formatted to FAT32. Just like you need to. Ridiculous Gigabyte made that information so hard to find, had to find it elsewhere on the internet. No matter, still did not work. Couldn’t even reset the BIOS using both buttons on the MB and by removing the battery both with power disconnected, then with power connected when all else failed. Wasted 5 hours on this process trying everything I could (not to mention the countless days of perfecting the setup through research on Gigabyte website and YouTube). I’m done with Gigabyte, thankfully Amazon works great for returns.

I’m not sure who’s fault is this, the delivery company or the sellers but the motherboard has arrived as if it was doing Deep diving by the sea, someone fished it out, threw it in the box and delivered it to me, the packaging is soggy, wet and mouldy from outside and even inside, if it was some non electrical product I wouldn’t care since I’m not picky, as long as it works, however this is a very expensive high end motherboard and being soggy and wet and mouldy is unacceptable, even if it will work, eventually the metal parts will oxidise and it will stop working sooner or later.
