Not recommended. Worst experience! Defective. Edit: 1. a couple of days ago, the laptop started to freeze and not repond no matter what happens, given that no heavy duty is even going on. 2. One of the keyboard keys does no longer repond.I hope I could be able to upload images and videos for what was received and what is going on.Please, DO NOT BUY THIS.The laptop has different specifications and was received damaged and used before (even though the seller was amazon itself).The real specs you’ll be received:1. The screen is not oled and the refresh rate is only 60hz.2. The battery is 50w (not 65w).3. Ram 8gb and is soldered on the board with no extra slot available neither an upgrade to the existing one can be done.4. Storage 512 ssd which can be replaced or upgraded, with no further or another slot available.5. Windows 11 home single language is included. However, microsoft office product(s) are not included or even activated with the windows, where you have to purchase separately.6. Screen is an ips level (actually it is an enhanced wva version rather than a real ips one), the brightness is above 300nitts.7. Cpu: i5 1130h / gpu: Nvidia 1650.8. Check the laptop box: some accessories most probably might be missen.I first purchased this depending on the oled screen itself. However, I received a unit with the above specs. Then, a replacement unit was placed by the customer service and unfortunately they send the same exact specs with a used laptop opened before, where the warranty was ativated ~6 months ago and a major defective side of the screen was noticed. All of this and with the return time window was closed, where they pushed me to wait promising to solve the issue without checking on the new replaced item until the very last day where I had to check and find these huge problems.The customer service team gave the worst experience on the earth, and they eventually offered a partial refund, given the warranty issue fact. However, the major defect on the screen wasn’t revealed by my side untill later, and I am still wondering whether this whole experience with amazon here worth it and whether trying to reach the customer service again will deserve it since they only procrastinate and pushed your nerves and your head to craziness.Hope I got a better experience to share. The most important thing to consider is to check the product itself because you should never trust any vendor even amazon themselves.
