⚠️ Antes de nada, esta es una opinión totalmente personal, que puede que no estés de acuerdo conmigo, los auriculares te pueden parecer muy buenos o normalitos según tus gustos musicales.⚠️Estos auriculares de gama de entrada de la marca Soundcore, de la cual ya tengo unos Q30 y unos P3, mantienen la esencia de la marca a pesar de estar en frente de unos auriculares mucho más baratos, donde se miman detalles como la caja, que a pesar de ser de plástico corriente, da muy buenas sensaciones, acorde a su precio. Al igual que en los que ya tengo, la aplicación es la misma para actualizar, y cambiar parámetros de los in-ear, siendo la app el punto fuerte de esta marca.En el tema de la aplicación, dispone de distinta funciones como varios modo de ecualización, y un modo de bassUp, si tienes los auriculares conectados al teléfono un modo de búsqueda para encontrarlos el cuál no es muy efectivo a no ser que estén cerca. Dispone de actualizaciones de firmware, el estado de la batería de los auriculares, modo gaming para bajar la latencia y customización de controles táctiles, muy útil por cierto.Ahora vamos con la calidad de audio como tal. A mi personalmente, me han ofrecido una calidad muy similar, incluso algo peor que mis antiguos Tronsmart Spunky Beat (TSB), hablamos de unos auriculares que tienen 4 años, sin opciones de ecualización más que la del propio móvil.Para realizar la prueba, he escuchado mi género favorito que es el metal, probando con canciones de Metalcore, Nu-metal, Thrash… También algo de electrónica como Alan Walker, Basshunter, y mi veredicto es el siguiente.Para escuchar Metal e incluso Rock no dan la talla, por ejemplo, haciendo la prueba con la canción de Lying from You de Linkin Park, al principio de la canción hay una bomba de bajos en la que no se percibe en absoluto, cuando en los TSB, que no son ninguna locura, se perciben. A mi punto de vista, los bajos que ofrecen son insuficientes para este tipo de estilos, he probado varios tipos de ecualización, como el de Rock, Electrónica y R&B y me pasa lo mismo, no consigo disfrutar igual de canciones en los que sonidos pesados como breakdowns, se quedan a medio gas porque no dan la potencia suficiente en bajos. En cambio, los agudos me parecen más que suficientes, escuchándose muy bien sonidos como el de una china o splash, todo acorde a la gama en la que estamos. Los medios bien, aunque en este tipo de música nos los suelo poner asunto, es más, suelo ecualizar el V cuando estoy escuchando estos géneros, quedando las frecuencias medias en segundo plano, lo cuál hace que el volumen sea inferior al bajar dBs de estas frecuencias, aún así el volumen es más que suficiente.En cambio, si vas a escuchar géneros más actuales como electrónica, reggaetón, pop… Son suficientes, por lo menos he disfrutado más escuchando electrónica en estos auriculares, que rock y metal.También el no poder ecualizar a tu gusto estos auriculares es una faena, ya que trae 22 modos de ecualización, y a mí, que me gusta la ecualización en V debido a los géneros que suelo escuchar esto es un punto negativo.Personalmente le encuentro un fallo gordo no poder manejar el ecualizador, creo que si en una actualización lo metieran serían mucho más interesantes.Otro asunto, los códecs, el de más calidad, tenemos el AAC y como alternativa el típico SBC. No esperes una gran calidad en el códec AAC, aunque siempre será mejor que el SBC, pero como contraparte, la latencia mientras este activado este códec será algo acusada comparación al SBC, que imagino que es el que activa el modo gaming en la app para reducirla.La batería, uno de sus puntos más fuertes, me ha aguantado una jornada laboral prácticamente, cargando los auriculares en el estuche 30 mins en la parada de la comida. Así que más que suficiente, como digo, su punto más fuerte.En cuanto a micrófonos, me he quedado sorprendido, me han escuchado muy bien en llamadas tanto en interior como exterior, aunque si hay mucho tráfico lo que hacen los auriculares es bajar la sensibilidad y te escucharan más bajito, los he probado en el trabajo con el teams y me han escuchado bien. Punto muy positivo.En conclusión, si te gusta la música en las que haya únicamente bajo, guitarra y batería, estos auriculares se te van a quedar cortitos, se suelen hacer bola en canciones con altas BPMs como canciones de Slayer, As I Lay Dying… Para canciones más relajadas te van a dar buen resultado, siempre pensando en que son unos auriculares de 20-30€.

I had doubts. I was replacing my beloved Liberty 2 Pro buds (an encounter with the washing machine ended them), and I didn’t have the same budget. The P20i buds are definitely cheaper-feeling plastic, lighter weight, and the case feels cheaper. I saw that they had customizable EQ and I confused that with the HearID, which they do NOT have.That said, I have Auditory Processing Disorder (APD/CAPD), so clarity is a really big deal for me, and that’s something I’m definitely getting out of these earbuds right now. I wish I could raise the bass a little regardless of EQ setting, but that’s not going to be a thing. It’s just the choice of presets. The acoustic, suprisingly, is the most balanced. That hasn’t been the case with a lot of preset EQs I’ve tried in the past 20s years.So far I’ve tried them on classical, heavy metal, power metal, classic pop rock and soft rock, 2000s alternative, modern and classic EDM, and classic Broadway. They get the job done nicely. Nothing sounds lost or muddled, at least on the Acoustic setting. I just wish they had adjustable treble and bass. I mean really. This is a super basic feature to offer. You don’t need the fancy HearID for basic EQ sliders. The sound is so close. A tiny tweak and it would be perfect.That said, I’ve bought earbuds at this price point that were destined for the trash, so these are quite nice for what they are.I don’t like the touch buttons. I like tactile buttons. Especially on a thing that’s in my ears and I can’t actually see. But they’re adjustable in the same Soundcore app I used for my Liberty 2 Pros, so that’s a plus. At least I can set them to do what I want them to instead of having to learn a new system every time I buy a pair of buds.I can’t speak to the sound-cancelling ability until I try them at work. I work in a blue collar environment with loud machinery (PSA: Never, nevernevernever use earbuds while working around heavy machinery, that’s just dangerous. You have to be able to hear your coworkers and machine cues so you can react immediately when something goes wrong. Please stop. Thanks.). The persistent mechanical din cuts into break areas, which are small and also noisy with people and other sounds, and it can be hard for me to really unwind on my breaks.I have other Neurodivergencies, so this is a pretty big deal. Some days I can tune it out, and some days it’s a sensory nightmare I can’t escape from for 12 hours. I will update when I’ve had the chance to test these earbuds in this setting.While writing this review, I’ve noticed that the P20is tend to either be too loud or too soft on certain tracks, especially rock. This isn’t bothering me on Pearl Jam, but Disturbed was kinda earsplitting (I still have near-perfect hearing, somehow, so this might not bother you). I tried to make a fine adjustment in my phone, and I don’t know if this is a phone thing or an earbud thing. I can usually get better volume tuning out of my computer, so it might just be my phone, but I don’t recall having this issue with the Liberty 2 Pros.I’ve started noticing things I hadn’t before on certain tracks, like background vocalizations on Golden Earring’s Twilight Zone or subtleties in Depeche Mode’s A Question of Lust, so another point for clarity. Wow. I’m reminded that some tracks are meant to be turned up, and have a more muddled nature in their original recordings because they were meant to be disruptive, so I suppose it is what it is. APD is fun. The struggle is real. :/I need a better budget, but again, for what they are they’re getting the job done nicely. I’m not sending them back. When I get better earbuds, I’ll keep them as backups.
